Office Hours
Our office is open Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm and Thursday from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm. Staff members are available during these hours to answer questions, make appointments and take messages, etc. The doctor’s pager number is on our voice mail in the event of a dental emergency. Appointments
Patients are seen on an appointment basis, and we reserve time specifically with you and the doctor or hygienist. We request that you call in advance so that we may reserve an appointment time for you.
Emergency Care
If you have an emergency, please call us as early in the day as possible and we will do our best to respond to your dental emergency promptly. If the emergency arises when the office is closed, the voice mail will give you a phone number for the doctor on call.
Telephone Calls
If you have any questions regarding your treatment, please feel free to call. Our office staff is qualified to answer most questions. If your doctor must be consulted, he will return your call at his earliest convenience.
Preventive Care Visits
We hope you share our belief that regular preventive dental health care is a sound investment. At the time of your preventive care visit, please advise any staff member of changes in address, telephone number, general health status, medication or insurance coverage.
Billing Policies
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
Insurance
As a courtesy to you, our office will gladly file your insurance for you. You will need to supply us with the necessary information (name, group number, I.D. and/or social security number, telephone number, etc.). Insurance companies do not cover all dental costs. It will be your responsibility to pay any deductible or any other non-covered service.
